Cost of Repair
With any repair it is very difficult to give an idea of exact cost so therefore we need to diagnose the problem and only then we can advise you of the estimate cost of repair.

If the customer brings the computer in our shop we charge
TK. 300 Evaluation fee - Our engineer will find out what is causing the problem and how it could be rectified. Only then we will be able to quote a price for the repair. If the problem is simple and could be rectified easily then you will pay only for evaluation fee (for some laptops - due to the time involved in disassembling them - this may cost more. This will always be quoted in advance)

If the customer would like to book an engineer onsite you will be required to describe the symptoms of the problem and we will try to give you an estimate price for the repair.

If the customer requests collection and return of the faulty item we charge
TK. 200 Collection and redelivery + TK. 300 Evaluation fee - Our engineer will find out what is causing the problem and how it could be rectified. Only then we will be able to quote a price for the repair. If the problem is simple and could be rectified easily then you will pay only for evaluation fee (for some laptops - due to the time involved in disassembling them - this may cost more. This will always be quoted in advance).
